I had the check engine lite checked at ORileys and they said the exhaust heat sensor was bad. It was a free check and I brought the computer print out with me to the dealers. The dealer ran their own check and found out the same thing. $330 To have it diagnosed and replaced. Replacement took about 15 minutes. Would you be happy?

Another bad experience with this company! Engine light came on and then went off,was told to come in and then schedule appointment for a glo plug repair that was covered by warranty. Dropped off truck and returned to find a bill for $117 not covered and no glo plug work. Impossible to talk to Toby the service manager. Beware oh this company.

I brought my Silverado in for oil change and tire rotate. When I picked it up, DLC was hanging down under dash, elect. Running boards were inop, driver seat was out of adjustment, computerized dash was not returned to drive mode, and in the past my vehicle had always been washed. But not this time. That is very poor service for 110 dollar lof and rotate. I most likely will not be returning for any future service or warranty repairs.

Always a good experience. Staff so friendly.... I thought, in the past, you also WASHED MY CAR....but not this time.

I have not been into your dealership for a truck service for over two years.

I received prompt attention from the service tech but did not care for the slow response from the scheduling coordinator. Not being able to talk to a live person is always frustrating and texting is suggested but the delayed response was frustrating.

All of the service team has been good to work with and responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, my truck is still in the service bay going on two weeks now to diagnose and fix an instrument cluster that failed. They seem to be doing everything they can to fix the warranty issue. At some point though, I will need to either get my truck back, or pursue replacement.

Everyone was helpful and my vehicle was taken care of promptly.

Mike was fantastic. Probably the easiest buying experience I’ve had.

Knowledgeable and very helpful

The oil change was done quickly. I asked for the DEF to be topped off and only got just over half tank of DEF. Also when I got in the truck there was oily hand prints all over the door panel. I had a rag and wiped it off myself. Then when I got home I got under the truck and found oil all over the filter and other areas around the filter. I had to drive back out to have them check everything. I was told it everything was tight they just didn’t clean up very well. I likely won’t return for another oil change.

Awesome service. I was a service manager in a GMC dealer for 25 years and this outfit is great. My only complaint is I would like the option to get a car wash after any service.

We have a 2018 Disel Equinox. We notice some oil type drips on the floor in the garage. Turns out the oil leak was coming from the charge air cooler. The communication was great, and the car was repaired as soon as possible. Thank you!

On July 16th I took my truck in for a service job and a check engine light problem and was charged $416.37 for the check engine problem plus $40 shop supplies. I took it back three times after that for the same problem and the last time I was charged $387.10 to fix the same problem. I was told that it might be a wiring harness problem that would cost over $4000 to fix. I think that is BS as the wire harness has never been touched by me. I bought the truck used and drove it for about 8000 miles with no problem. I think that the exhaust temperature sensor has a malfunction that they can't find and are trying to tell me that it is my problem. Also charging me twice to fix the same problem with a total of $75.oo shop supplies is crazy. They probably used about five feet of electrical tape at the most.

No one reviewed the inspection completed, which identified a coolant leak. I did not see it until I got home, so I am just going to take care of it myself.

Everything was clean, friendly and effecient. I was in and out quicker than anticipated. They looked over the small item I had a question regarding and I was good to go! Cost was the same if not actually better than going to a quick stop oil change.

I had a TPMS light come on in my pickup. Took it to the dealership and Dillion said it was covered under warranty and the part was in stock. Got the sensor replaced and had me on my way in about 40mins. Very pleased with the experience and Dillion’s helpfulness getting this taken care of so quickly.

Because this I was severely under-funded at lease end. Fast forward to the new lease. Greg maintained communication and honesty. I was about to walk away from Lewiston Motor because I felt my loyalty to you wasn’t appreciated (still on the fence about this ) after buying 2 pickups with you, but he was able to make a deal work. Brought in my pickup for an oil change and warranty work and after 7 hours they didn’t fix anything. They said the could figure it out. Simple things like a mirror and adjusting the Speedo. The smell problem they didn’t listen to when it happens.

He seemed so down to earth and gave me a different outlook of the car salesman vibe that I have carried for years. There was one small incident the wife and I didn't care for, but will work around that on the next purchase if it's there. Amanda was amazing in finding us every corner to cut and get us the best deal possible. All in all, a great experience!!

My oil change took far longer than was edtimated. The tire rotation was not done correctly. Two of the tires were under inflated. I had to take the vehicle back to have this corrected.

Friendly check in and service was under an hour for the oil change. Very satisfied.

Tires haven’t been rotated like they say they do, tires and brakes were checked “100%”. Went to Schwab and brakes were metal to metal and tires were worn. Cords showing. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Stopped in to find out/get a quote on what it would cost to fix my power window controls in my 2011 Chevy Silverado. The one bright spot was TBE quickness of getting me in. The cost turned out to be way more than what I can afford. Then it went downhill. The Service technician told me that I needed a headlight replaced. Then he stunned me with a price of $140+ for a headlight replacement!!!!!! I told him NO--NAPA here I come. Then for he told me that I owed a $175.00 diagnostic fee!!!!! Bad on me for not asking about anything like that in the beginning. But VERY bad on him in not telling me up front about this cost. He was able to get it down to $90+ with a military discount, etc. Never again. FYI--Oreilly Auto Parts charged me $25.00 for the headlight bulb and installed it for free!!!!

Oil was left on transmission pan. And my truck was not washed. Engine oil was a half quart low when I got home. So this service was fair.

Chris is always great to work with and she helped get me a loaner while our car was getting repaired. The not so good part was having to bring it back 3 times to get the repair done. The first time we dropped it we had an appointment and you guys didn’t have what was needed to do the diag on the AC system so we had to pick it up and bring it back again for the diag and then back again for the repair which it had to stay overnight which Chris helped us out with! The big one that really gets me is purchasing an extended warranty so I don’t have to worry about paying for repairs out of pocket only to get charged for a portion of the bill because the warranty company didn’t pay the full bill requested for the repair. I have worked in service for over 18 years and dealt a lot with extended warranty companies and they do not typically pay what is normally charged to a paying customer and I know and understand that. In my 18 years I have never charged a customer the difference and we adjust for that so the customer only pays for the agreed upon deductible in their contract. If a customer buys a warranty they should never have to pay the difference. That is why people purchase warranty! Especially to a customer who purchases the vehicle and ESC from you who also brings it in for all their service needs.

Very poor, brought my truck in for sevice, I was told because of problems with another vehicle they would have to keep my truck overnight. The next day instead of my truck being first in line to have sevice performed it was delayed service I order to service vehicles scheduled for Friday. My truck was now in the middle of service and in an undriveable condition was giving a POS vehicle for the weekend. Knowing they couldn't finish the service should have contacted me and asked how I wanted to proceed, I wasn't! I was charged around $900.00 for bad service. I fully plan on contacting corporate. I planned on buying a new truck in the future, it won't be a Chevrolet product, most likely a FORD.

The transaction was smooth and we struck a deal without doing alot of back and forth.

My experience with Chris was lovely throughout the year I had to come in. However, during a recall repair, they broke a part on my camera. I was patient and understanding, but they charged my warranty for their mistake, and in the end it cost me money. Because of that, I will never do business with them again.
